We handcraft each product in small batches right here in the Hudson Valley, so your order is fresh from our hands to yours.

• Processing time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Shipping email: You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our workshop.
• Account tracking: You can also check the ‘My Orders’ section of your account anytime.

During busy seasons (like the holidays, special launches, or farmer’s market weekends), your order may take a couple of extra days. We promise it’s worth the wait.
