We keep things simple, transparent, and rooted in small-batch care.
Shipping & Processing
Processing time: We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During busy seasons, this may extend to 5 business days—we'll always keep you updated.
Shipping time: Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Free shipping: Orders $60+ ship free!
Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
U.S. shipping only: We currently ship within the United States only.
Holidays: Shipping times may be affected by U.S. holidays. We'll note any delays on our homepage.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you order. Because our products are made fresh in small batches, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Opened or used products are final sale for safety and hygiene reasons—we're sure you understand.
If you'd like to return an eligible item, please email us at hello@hudsonvalleyskincare.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
We'll send you return instructions and an address.
Please note: You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at hello@hudsonvalleyskincare.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
Please don't ship damaged items back to us—we'll take care of you, we promise.
Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we'll offer one of the following (at our discretion):
- Refund to your original payment method
- Replacement item sent at no charge
- Store credit for a future purchase
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation when it's complete.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Subscriptions
Some items may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders.
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring charges based on the frequency selected at checkout. Payment details are stored securely.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or by accessing your customer account. Changes must be made before your next scheduled charge.
