Founded by cosmetic chemist Cathie Arpino in 2011, Hudson Valley Skin Care was born from a simple belief: exceptional skincare doesn't have to be complicated or inaccessible. With over 35 years of formulation expertise, Cathie knows what works, and what doesn't.
