Hudson Valley Skin Care Returns & Exchanges

At Hudson Valley Skin Care, we take pride in crafting fresh, small-batch skincare.

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Opened or used skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the form above and include a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.

Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

- A refund to the original payment method
- A replacement item
- Store credit for a future purchase

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was due to an error on our part.
